Finance and Strategy Analyst will be playing an important role in ensuring the organization's financial compliance, reporting, planning, and managing financial processes to support business objectives.
- Assist business entities in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting of business units.
- Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts of business units.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted financial results and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in strategy follow up quarterly.
- Consolidate and prepare reports on strategic initiatives and business performance.
- Follow up and guide portfolio companies in strategy execution according to Group Strategy guidelines.
- Assist in preparation of next strategy cycle.
- Tracking of Net Working Capital in a selected company.
- Tracking Cash Flow Management in a selected company.
- Follow-up of a special projects, business valuation, performance metrics etc.
• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Investments
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred
• Excellent knowledge of finance, proven ability to work with financial information and reports
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consider broader implications of the advice
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven professional ethics and integrity
