Role Synopsis:


The HR Specialist supports the HR Manager in executing key HR functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR process optimization to ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Manage the full talent acquisition cycle including workforce request, job specification, sourcing, recruiting, selection, interviewing, job offer management and hiring.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a welcoming onboarding experience, prepare onboarding documentation, and manage the onboarding checklist, coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have necessary equipment and access.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Support initiatives for employee growth by coordinating training sessions and monitoring development programs.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed of employee relations matters and escalate issues proactively.
  • Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated, understood, and adhered to across the organization.

 

Required background:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or any other related field.
  • 2 year or more experience in HR roles with similar capacity (Recruitment specialist, Training & Development Specialist).

 

Required skills:

 

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with additional expertise in SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
