Job Summary:


The Group Performance and Reward Analytics Manager reports directly to the Group Head of Total Rewards. This role will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance management and reward structures to ensure alignment with our business objectives at both financial (PASHA Holding) and non-financial (PASHA Management Company) companies. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Conduct regular analysis of group-wide remuneration policies and frameworks to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of current compensation structures across the group. 
  • Perform detailed compensation analytics to support decision-making in remuneration planning.
  • Analyse salary trends, incentive programs, and benefits to ensure alignment with budget and strategic objectives.
  • Develop compensation reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of the group performance management cycle, ensuring consistency and alignment across all business units.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business units to support the smooth execution of the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
  • Analyze performance management data to assess alignment with business goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking studies to keep the group’s compensation and performance management practices competitive.
  • Utilize industry data to recommend adjustments to the group’s remuneration and benefits strategy to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Support the Group Head of Total Rewards in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for the Executive Committee (ExCo), Nominations and Remuneration Committee (NRC), Corporate Governance Committee (CGC), and Human Resources Committee (HRC).

 

Required background:

 

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees, such as a master’s or MBA, especially with a focus in HR, data analytics, or finance, would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience with min 2 years in a structured corporate environment 
  • Some experience or coursework in remuneration and reward management frameworks would be highly beneficial.

 

Required skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, HRIS systems or data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI)
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is preferred 
  • High attention to detail and with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with HR leaders across the businesses
  • Proven professional ethics and integrity
