Job Summary:


The Group Total Rewards Manager reports directly to the Group Head of Total Rewards. This role supports the Group Head of Total Rewards in designing, implementing, and managing reward strategies and performance management cycles across both the financial (PASHA Holding) and non-financial (PASHA Management Company) divisions.  

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement executive compensation packages for C-level executives across portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and competitiveness in the market.
  • Develop, review, and refine group-wide remuneration policies and frameworks to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Coordinate with HR leaders to implement a standardized group-wide grading methodology and job family structures, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee the execution of the group performance management cycle, ensuring alignment and consistency across all business units and effective integration of performance metrics.
  • Support HR leaders in the strategic development of the employee value proposition, enhancing talent attraction and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking studies to keep the group’s compensation and performance management practices competitive.
  • Support the Group Head of Total Rewards in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for the Executive Committee (ExCo), Nominations and Remuneration Committee (NRC), Corporate Governance Committee (CGC), and Human Resources Committee (HRC).

 

Required background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees, such as a master’s or MBA, especially with a focus in HR, data analytics, or finance, would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience with min 2 years in a structured corporate environment 
  • Some experience or coursework in remuneration and reward management frameworks would be highly beneficial.

 

Required skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and performance management, along with a strong understanding of the Azerbaijani labor market and broader market trends
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis 
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is preferred 
  • High attention to detail and with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with HR leaders across the businesses
  • Proven professional ethics and integrity
